Apartment
In the Heart of Lecce
A historic apartment on the piano nobile of a 17th-century palace flourishes once again, thanks to a renovation that is both meticulous and deeply respectful of its original soul.
The primitive architectural layout has been recovered by preserving the frescoed walls and bringing to light the various layers deposited by time, turning every room into a living narrative of its own history.
The interiors house an eclectic collection of original furnishings, ranging effortlessly from Art Nouveau to the 1970s. These are enriched by subtle accents of contemporary design, local craftsmanship, and inspirations from other cultures. The result is a harmonious balance between past and present, where every detail contributes to a truly unique atmosphere.
Here, you will find authenticity and warmth.
Living
After the bright entrance, you are welcomed by a cozy and articulated living room, featuring a dedicated sofa area for relaxation, an intimate fireplace area, and a dining room harmoniously integrated.

Kitchen
A traditional kitchen with an authentic character, featuring layered paintings that tell the story of time. Equipped with 5 burners, 2 ovens, a large marble table, double-door fridge, and complete with all the accessories, it is a true creative laboratory dedicated to food.

Two Bedrooms and a Secret One
The bedroom area consists of three rooms, each with a distinct identity. The first, adorned with frescoes, features an en suite bathroom with furnishings crafted by local artisans. The second, with a 1950s style, offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere, also with a private bathroom. From the small courtyard, a staircase leads to an unexpected third room: a space inspired by Japan, where tatami, shoji, noren, and original kakejiku, along with custom-made furnishings, faithfully recreate the essence of Japanese architecture, complete with a dedicated bathroom.

The Little Cloister
A small outdoor courtyard in the heart of the house, an intimate and quiet refuge. Surrounded by fragrant citrus and a soft, enveloping light, it is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee and savor moments of tranquility.

Studio
A studio overlooking the square, lively and bright, animated by the sounds of city life. A well-equipped space where one can browse through ancient books, a true treasure found in the attic. The books range from religion to medicine, law, agriculture, pharmacy, but also include novels, ancient letters, and newspapers as a testament to the generations that have inhabited this space. A place where one can immerse themselves in reading and let themselves be inspired.

Rooftop
The rooftop opens like a privileged terrace in the heart of Lecce, nestled between the elegant curves of the Church of San Matteo and the discreet harmony of the Church of Santa Chiara. But it is the backdrop that makes the scene truly unique: the majestic silhouette of the Duomo di Lecce dominates the horizon with its dramatic presence. When evening falls, the soft lights of the rooftop turn on and, along with the lighting of the square and the Duomo in the background, create a play of contrasts between intimacy and monumentality. It is a rare viewpoint: suspended between the private life of the house and the grandeur of the city.

Exquisitely designed, this home features spacious, light-filled rooms arranged as follows:
3 Bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom;
Living room;
Fireplace lounge;
Dining room;
Eat-in kitchen;
Private study;
Guest bathroom (powder room);
Panoramic terrace.
