Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation:
To confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer.
A security deposit of €500 is required, to be paid one week before arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out. Any damages or losses to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by the Guest:
For cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival, 30% of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
Early Departure: No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights once the rental period has begun.
Force Majeure:
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.
Cancellation by the Host:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances related to the property, we will provide a full refund.

Additional Costs The tourist tax is not included in the rental fee and must be paid by the guest upon arrival. €2.50 per night per person, for a maximum of 5 nights, from May 1st to October 31st. €1.50 per night per person, for a maximum of 5 nights, from November 1st to April 30th.
